These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Level Up Island Mobile Gaming. By booking an event and submitting payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.
1. Booking & Payment
- All events require full payment of $350 at the time of booking.
- No deposits are accepted. Events are not reserved or confirmed until payment is received in full.
- Submission of payment constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling
- Any cancellation is subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within five (5) days of the scheduled event will result in no refund.
- Cancellations made more than five (5) days before the event may receive a partial refund minus the $50 cancellation fee.
- If unforeseen circumstances arise on the Client’s end, Level Up Island will make a good-faith effort to reschedule or postpone the event at no additional penalty, subject to availability.
- All rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be coordinated directly with Level Up Island.
3. Service Area
Level Up Island Mobile Gaming currently services events located within:
- Tybee Island
- Wilmington Island
- Whitemarsh Island
Requests outside these service areas may be declined or require special approval.
4. Parking & Event Location Requirements
- The Client is responsible for providing a safe, flat, and accessible location suitable for a mobile gaming truck and trailer.
- The gaming trailer requires a significant amount of space to safely park and operate. Clients must ensure approximately 50–60 feet of clear space is available at the event location.
- All vehicles, obstacles, or other objects near the party area must be cleared prior to arrival, including personal vehicles if the event is held at a private residence.
- If the location is deemed unsafe, inaccessible, or insufficiently cleared upon arrival, Level Up Island reserves the right to relocate or cancel the event.
- If relocation is not possible, the event may be canceled without refund.
5. Weather Policy
- Level Up Island operates in most weather conditions.
- In the event of severe or unsafe weather (including lightning, flooding, high winds, or other hazardous conditions), Level Up Island reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or cancel the event for safety reasons.
- Weather-related cancellations are not eligible for refunds, though rescheduling will be offered when feasible.
6. Supervision of Minors
- A parent or responsible adult must remain on-site for the entire duration of the event.
- Level Up Island staff are not responsible for supervising children outside of gameplay assistance.
7. Game Selection & Content Restrictions
- Clients may request age-appropriate content restrictions prior to the event.
- Level Up Island reserves the right to restrict access to certain games based on age, content rating, or guest behavior.
8. Alcohol, Drugs & Conduct
- Alcohol may be present at private events; however, unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
- Illegal drugs or substance misuse are strictly prohibited.
- Level Up Island reserves the right to terminate the event immediately without refund due to violations of this policy.
9. Equipment Damage & Liability
- The Client assumes responsibility for any damage to equipment caused by guests due to negligence, misuse, or intentional conduct.
- Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the payment method on file.
- Level Up Island is not liable for injuries sustained on the Client’s property or event site.
10. Food & Drinks
- Food and beverages are strictly prohibited inside the gaming truck and trailer.
- Guests must finish all food and drinks prior to entering.
11. Photos & Video Release
- Level Up Island may take photographs or video recordings during events for promotional or marketing purposes.
- Clients who do not consent must provide written notice prior to the event date.
12. Event Termination
- Level Up Island reserves the right to terminate an event early due to unsafe conditions, equipment abuse, or violations of these Terms.
- No refunds will be issued in such cases.
13. Agreement to Terms
By submitting payment, the Client:
- Confirms they have read and understood these Terms
- Agrees to be legally bound by them
- Accepts responsibility for all guests, conduct, and event conditions
